Why are the users who actually supply the valuable content of the site forced to deal with the ads? Why impose a penalty and an encumbrance to those that are actually bringing in the customers and providing the usable product? It makes no sense to me and has provided me with a reason not to add any new designs and possibly remove the designs I have already provided. Are Ads the Thingiverse version of imposing a Tariff? I do not understand why suppliers are being penalized.

ADS continued. I don’t mind looking at ads, but when i browse the site, on my phone,the ads have made the phone site unusable. i have my phone in portrait mode, small “x”'s are impossible to click on, CLOSE buttons are at edges of screens, etc. it has become useless to browse on the phone.
It’s the ad networks pushing the bad ads.

I’m just gonna say, it’s extremely EXTREMELY rare for me to see an ad and be like “YEAH I WANT THAT”
If it’s not an ad for Doritos or a good steak, I really don’t care what it’s for.
I despise ads. In all forms. Billboards everywhere, pop up ads in your browser. Now you cant even go to the grocery store without there being adds on the silly conveyor belt of the checkout. How many ads do I need to be subjected too? 90% of my field of vision like in Ready Player One?
