So I really want to make a multi-toolhead diy printer, but I can’t find good prices for the parts, I’d appreciate suggestions of sites and parts(I plan to make it so that the bed size would be at least 300x300 and 0.9⁰ stepper motors, I also thought about 1.5mm pitch belts, but the parts for those are still pretty hard to source cheap from what I heard. If you have suggestions I’d like to hear them. Thx in advance.

If you want inexpensive and a a lot of options use AliExpress. Just be aware that shipping might be slow and you really have to read through the ads carefully because they are not always accurate or even what you think you are ordering. Many of their sellers are also doing drop shipping to different countries so check your local prices as you may be able to source the same thing from a local site for a similar price and receive the items faster. I have also found some of the same items and from the same seller for less locally. I think it might have to do with how much the seller has to pay the marketing site for the service.

Thx for the response, ofc my first instinct was going on AliExpress, however when I searched for parts the prices weren’t good( those with free shipping) and if I found something at a good price the shipping was as expensive as the part, and when comparing the prices they were mostly as big as the ones from official sites(I think AliExpress is trying to rip me off ATP), seeing that I still come back tot the AliExpress solution I think I’ll try making a new account maybe the things will be cheaper.

If you are not close to any drop ship warehouses for AliExpress your shipping gets really expensive unless the items are very small. Shipping is a major expense these days. If you are looking for large items or heavy items its usually much cheaper to just purchase locally. You probably won’t find inexpensive items but you might be able to find items that are in other products and re purpose them especially if you can find items in older, outdated and recycled equipment.
