Need a file please I’m new

I’m looking to get a ice cream cone planter made would like it to be around 10x10 or 11x11 at most big I need a file in order to do this I have no clue how to do this please help me

How do I make it bigger

Slicer programs typically have an option for scaling. You just need to increase it to the size you want (or the biggest you can print). If what you want to print is bigger than your printer volume, you’ll have to split it up and print it in pieces.
